What’s it taste like? Coulommiers is smaller and thicker than most Bries and has a more buttery colour and taste with a hint of almonds.

Where’s it from? This is the AOC UNPASTEURISED, made only in the Brie region, Coulommiers comes as a wrapped 400g circular whole cheese.

Best served warm, these Puff Pastry Parcels offer a bite of heaven with creamy smooth cheese and a punch of sweet sticky fig relish. We’ve adapted the original recipe as four just didn’t seem enough to us, but then 12 won’t last long either!

I bought this cheese for my best friends as part of a hamper and they loved it their quote to me via text was “I wish you had scratch and sniff as this cheese if the stinkiest, most delicious we have ever tasted”!!
