ever blue –
Mixed feelings about this cheese.
A bit of a strange one this, in parts rich and creamy with a beautiful blue cheese flavour but in parts a little hard with a slightly harsh flavour. I’m still undecided but still tempted to try it again.

A very strong Spanish blue cheese this one – glad I tried it but too strong for my taste.
