Cornish Yarg cheese is all about the nettles! The team forage the nettles from Cornish hedgerows and then freeze them so that they last all year round. By the time they brush the leaves on, the sting has left them but the flavour hasn’t. The cheese develops a dusting of bloomy white moulds across its leafy rind which helps it to mature.

What is Yarg Cheese like? Wrapped in nettle leaves Yarg, a Cornish cheese, is hand made with a mild slightly mushroomy flavour.
