What does Winslade cheese taste like? This is a Vacherin/ Camembert-style cross, encircled in a spruce collar which gives Winslade a unique and distinctive pine note.

Where’s it from? Made by Hampshire Cheeses, Winslade comes as an approx. 200g whole circular cheese in a wooden case.
