These lovely cheeses, all made by British artisan producers, dispel any myth that vegetarian rennet-made cheeses are in anyway inferior. They are all multi-award winners and are made using local milk.

Perl Las Blue Mini 200g – Lovely and unique with a strong lingering flavour.

Wyfe of Bath 250g – Like a burst of sunlight on the cheeseboard.

Golden Cross log 225g – Gorgeously creamy goats cheese that’s a bit sweeter than others.

If there’s a better combination than Goat’s cheese, beetroot and walnut we’re yet to find it. Golden Cross is a bit sweeter than other goat’s cheeses so it works particularly well with the savoury walnuts. Serve this Goat’s cheese salad with French bread for a lovely light lunch.

This rich and creamy risotto uses Wyfe of Bath, which adds some extra buttery-ness to the dish. Great for lunch, dinner or a starter!

Try Perl Las Blue in this Blue Cheese and Red Onion Tart. It has winning combination of sweet caramelisation, salty blue cheese and nutty, crunchy walnuts, wrapped in buttery puff pastry.

Goats Cheese Tarts are a great spring dish, light and fluffy pastry with a creamy flavour and fluffy texture. We suggest serving with a smear of olive paste or balsamic reduction and a helping of sun-ripened tomatoes.
