Christmas Blue 400g – a soft, luxuriously creamy and blue-veined cheese, handmade in Lancashire, delivering a mellow flavour with a hint of pepper to finish.

Dazel Ash 225g – incredible ash-coated goat’s cheese, phenomenally smooth and with edible food ash amongst its snowy white rind, its a looker too.

Pong’s Extraordinary… Cheddar 400g – a creamy Cheddar with earthy characteristics and a distinctly nutty flavour. Brilliant with a good ale!

Gubbeen 200g – a pungent, spicy classic that has been made by the Ferguson family in County Cork, Ireland for nearly fifty years! Gubbeen has a creamy and nutty flavour with a certain mushroominess. This is a manifestation of everything we hold dear here at Pong.

Tunworth 200g – an ‘ode’ to Camembert but while it’s style, texture and production is similar to a Camembert, the taste is unique: cleaner and smoother than its French inspiration
