Mull of Kintyre (1200g) – A rich, classic Cheddar that’s full of character. Rugged, bold and full of character with nutty, sweet hints.
Cropwell Bishop Stilton (2200g) – This is simply the best Stilton in the world – supremely creamy.
Cornish Yarg (1000g) – A tasty nettle-wrapped Cornish cheese, very creamy and zesty.
Golden Cenarth (1200g) – Creamy, Welsh and soft-washed in cider. It won Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards.
Spenwood (1200g) – Pecorino-like, sweet and nutty ewe’s milk cheese. One of our favourite hard sheep cheeses.
The total weight will be approximately 6800g.
