This magnificent selection of individual British cheeses is designed to alleviate the most melancholic homesickness, however far you are from the UK. Each classic has been chosen for its robustness in transit and its place in the pantheon of Great British Cheeses!

Mull of Kintyre (200g) – A rich, classic Cheddar that’s full of character

Cropwell Bishop Stilton (200g) – A supremely creamy Stilton

Cornish Yarg (250g) – A tasty nettle-wrapped Cornish cheese

Golden Cenarth (200g) – Creamy, Welsh and soft-washed in cider

Spenwood (180g) – Pecorino-like, sweet and nutty ewe’s milk cheese

The total weight will be approximately 1030g.

Hot Cropwell Bishop Stilton and Spinach Puffs

These little puff pasty bites are bound to be popular at parties, they look wonderful and taste divine! They’re really simple to make, too. Here’s the recipe.

Steak with Beauvale Pappardelle

Beauvale is a slightly milder blue than Stilton, but with an excellent depth of flavour and rich, soft taste. It’s perfect with pasta and balances well with meat which is why it’s the ideal blue for this Steak Pappardelle. Here’s the recipe.

Berkswell Cheese Scones

If you make these British cheese scones small they’ll be delicious to eat with soup. The taste of Berkswell is sweet and dryish, very similar to a Pecorino, and if you include the rind you’ll get delicious hits of flavour melting into the dough. Full recipe here.
