What is Taleggio cheese like? It is very much an Italian tasting cheese but its washed rind gives the pungent smell of something you’d expect from France. The creamy taste is more like that of Gorgonzola Dolce and mild and sweet.
How does it come? Taleggio DOP is from Lombardy, Italy and comes wrapped as a minimum weighted segment of 180g.
Buy Taleggio DOP as part of The Continental Cheese Hamper and The Italian Selection Box. Find out more about Taleggio cheese in this history of Italian cheese article.
