The Somerset Selection Cheese Box contains the very best from the Bath Soft Cheese company. A range of cheeses close to perfection that all sit nicely together on a cheese board: a soft, a blue, a semi-soft and a cheddar.
All the Bath Soft Cheeses are made with their own cow’s milk and all of them taste phenomenal.
Bath Blue (200g) – A blue cheese with a beautifully smooth and creamy texture, with evenly spaced blue veins.
Bath Soft (250g) – A soft cheese with a white bloomy rind, it tastes creamy and buttery with a hint of mushroominess.
Wyfe Of Bath (250g) – A gorgeous gouda-like cheese with a yellow rind. Very succulent and bouncy to the touch.
Somerset Cheddar (250g) – An artisanl cheddar cheese with a beautifully consistent texture. Perfectly crumbly with a hint of apple, tangy and fully mature – so very Somerset.

Lucky enough to live in Bath and buy these four cheeses regularly. All four are excellent and when choosing a gift to send from Pong this was an obvious choice. The recipient was well chuffed!
