Where’s it from? Made by Godminster Vintage in Bruton, Somerset. The Godminster Organic Cheddar is sold as truckle of 200g and wrapped in a muslin cloth.

Quite a strong smokey flavour but a great smooth creamy texture. Does have a tendency to over power but we will be trying this crumbled on a fish pie or a bit of pasta for some extra kick. Would order again.
