Don’t be fooled!
This cheese definitely has a smell, it’s nothing like Epoisses but it definitely has that pungent aroma. Then you taste it and it’s nothing like you would expect. If I had to describe the taste it would be ‘fresh’ rather than ‘strong’, it reminds me of fresh cream or mozzarella. Definitely a new favourite!
