Montagnolo, or more specifically Montagnolo Affine, is a dreamy triple-cream soft cheese from the Allgau region of Germany. It’s made with pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet. It is begging to be spread on crusty bread with a fruit or jam, watching sunset on a summer’s evening.
