What does Mimolette taste like? The cheese is similar to parmesan in many ways – caramelly tones, hard rind and a sharp, developing flavour. It can be used in the same way as Parmesan is – sprinkle it on top of pasta, add flavour to doughs or add richness to cheese sauces.
Where’s it from? Gouda, Holland. Produced by Landana and comes as a wedge of min. weight of 200g.
