A truly regional French speciality, L’Affiné au Chablis Germain cheese is made from cow’s milk in Burgundy. Its lightly gold-tinged rind reveals a meltingly soft and creamy centre.

It gets its flavour and characteristic colour to its wash with Chablis wine. Its flavour is mild with a fresh, floral and fruity aroma. This is a seriously gorgeous cheese.
