The gorgonzola was fantastic, very creamy and just the right salty tang. Taleggio was just as described and we are still to try the Pecorino. Was disappointed that the Robiola was substituted with a cheese we didn’t like which is why I’ve given the 3 star rating, would have been 4 stars otherwise.

The cheese box was fantastic. A lovely gift. I have used the most delicious Gorgonzola to make a risotto and it was worth it, you must try this.
