Isle of Wight Blue is one of our favourites. It’s a fantastic example of a brilliantly made, naturally rinded soft blue cheese. Its gorgeous green, blue, grey and white moulds give this cheese absolutely bags of character.
As it matures, Isle of Wight Blue softens and becomes stronger and richer, peaking at about 7-8 weeks old. Its also stunning on a cheese board, its colour setting off any other paler cheese. We love it!

Wine Pairing:
Any sweet dessert wine such as Sauternes or a sweet Sherry. Also try incredibly full bodied Black Pig McLaren Vale Shiraz stands up to bold flavours. Or try Finca Manzanos Voche Reserva which offers flavours including citrus fruit with spice and vanilla.
