These Bath Soft Chilli Tarts are perfect for parties. Crisp, crunchy, golden filo pastry encases a layer of chilli pickle.

This delicious salad of warm fine green beans and tiny new potatoes is ideal with chunks of Grunge. Serve as a starter, light lunch or healthy supper.

Grunge would well in a cheese loaf, especially alongside salty olives. This is a very versatile recipe, you could add bacon lardons, mushrooms, herbs, anything you like really! It’s a great ‘cake’ for those not keen on sweet treats.

Stuffed steaks is an ideal date night dinner – well cooked fillet steak with a gorgeous cheesy surprise in the centre. The bacon keeps the steaks nice and juicy.

Even if you’re not a fan of mustard you’ll love it in this pull apart bread. The garlic and kicks of mustard-induced tang makes this dish a delectable superstar.

The tast of the cider actually does come through which was a very pleasant surprise. lovely soft texture. I thouroughly enjoyed it and would order it again

Creamy and fresh.

Tried this for the first time yesterday. I am not usually a fan of English soft cheeses as they don’t seem to have the intensity of flavour that the French ones do. This one however,is delicious! Really creamy and flavousome ,with a lovely fresh taste. Will buy instead of my usual stinky camembert!

Goddess by name and taste

My new very favourite cheese. Wasn’t sure about ordering it as I am very boring and tend to stick to what I know I like. A lesson learned, this cheese is divine
