Chaource AOC (250g) (UNPASTEURISED) – Chaource is a fantastic traditional creamy cows milk cheese from Burgundy.

Golden Cenarth (200g) – Washed in cider to produce quite a mild taste when young but developing a stronger pungency with maturity.

Kidderton Ash (150g) – A lovely creamy goats cheese. Phenomenally smooth and with a sprig of rosemary against its snowy white rind, its a looker too.

Pecorino Toscano DOP (250g) – Pecorino Toscano DOP is the original ‘hard cheese’. First produced by Romans over two thousand years ago.
