What’s Celtic Promise like? To get the creamy flavour and texture, Celtic Promise is washed twice a week for seven weeks (more than us!) This wonderful cheese has a sticky orange rind, pungent smell and a soft and rich full flavour.
Where’s it from? Made by John Savage of Teifi Farmhouse Cheese in Ceredigion, Wales.
Packaging: Celtic Promise is wrapped to protect its unique washed orange rind. 650g, unpasteurised and suitable for vegetarians.

Bought the cheese in Camarthen market three weeks ago while on holiday. I brought it back to Bermuda with me and served it at a dinner party. It went down really well. Everyone loved it and all left with a little bit. I had kept it at room temperature the whole time. Now I am hoping to be able to order it and have it sent to Bermuda.
