What’s it taste like? A dreamy Camembert that has been masterfully prepared and has a pure, creamy and luxurious taste.
Where’s it from? Made by Fromagerie Reaux in Normandy. This cheese is the AOC UNPASTEURISED version. This comes as a wrapped 250g circular whole cheese.
What is better than deep fried, warm and gooey cheese? Serve as a starter or as smaller wedges for parties with a side of Tracklements Fresh Chilli Jam and they’ll be the star of the show. Just ensure you make enough!
