Stinky fingers
The cheese gets better the longer you leave it at room temperature. I slice a piece from the block and let it breathe for a few hours which helps with the flavour. A fantastic full flavoured cheese. Too good to put in the oven to melt. Nice on crackers and with grapes or chilli chutney.
