Cambozola Grand Noir

Grand Noir is a fine blue, continental cow’s milk cheese made by Käserei Champignon, Laube Allgäu, using milk from regional farms in Germany’s southern Alpine region of Bavaria. Grand Noir is a majestically creamy soft blue cheese that melts in the mouth. It is hand-dipped in black wax then ripened for eight weeks. Its quality comes from the superior milk and careful affinage, giving it a distinct flavour that’s sweet, salty, and sharp.
