What’s it like? A lovely soft cheese with a white bloomy rind, it tastes creamy and buttery with a hint of mushroominess.

Where’s it from? This fantastic soft cheese is made by the Bath Soft Cheese company in Kelston near Bath, Somerset. Read more about the company here.

Packaging: Packed in parchment paper with a red wax seal and sold as whole cheese of 225g. Organic, NOT suitable for vegetarians.
