- The promoter is Pong Cheese Limited (company no. 06755963) whose registered office is at 11 Laura Place, Bath, BA2 4BL, United Kingdom.
- Employees of Pong Cheese Limited, their family members, associated prize partners or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
- Route to entry for the prize draw and details of how to enter are the Pong Cheese Facebook Page. To enter, an individual must like both profiles, like the post and tag someone in the comments.
- Closing date for entry will be February 9th 2024 (11:59PM GMT). After this date the no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- A winner will be chosen by Pong Cheese Limited based on random selection, from all entries received and verified by Pong Cheese Limited and or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by the social channel used to enter, within 72 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
