Most Excellent
We have just tasted our first taste of this wonderful cheese. I hope we can find a local supplier as we purchased it in the Bristol area on holiday.

A delicious cheese! The initial taste and texture is creamy and that of a good Gouda. This then develops into a sharpness and maturity that is more characteristic of a cheddar. A perfect combination in my opinion!
