Awesome cheese
Just had this in a Mother’s Day hamper of Welsh cheeses. Haven’t tried the others yet (it’s only Saturday!) but this one is gorgeous – not salty, not overwhelming, just a lovely cheese that I want to just eat and eat…creamy, blue and moreish. Wonderful!

Rather a soft blue with a similar texture to a Brie or Camembert. Mild but flavoursome and the rind is soft and enhances the overall experience unlike some cheeses. Will buy this again.

Sadly, quite frankly the worst cheese I’ve ever had. Even worse is that all of our party thought the same. We love blue but this was acrid, metallic & simply tasted foul to where none of us could have a second bite 🙁
